DAY 2 Friday
Upon arrival in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, you are transferred to your hotel. Meet your guide in the hotel lobby this evening, before enjoying a welcome dinner.
DAY 3 Saturday
Our morning city tour starts at the Alexander Nevski Cathedral and Alexander Nevski Crypt. The highlight of the tour is a visit to the National History Museum where the gold and silver Thracian treasures are displayed.
DAY 4 Sunday
SOFIA NIS BELGRADE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
This morning, we depart for Nis the third-largest city in Serbia. After an orientation tour and lunch, we proceed to Belgrade. Tonight enjoy a dinner with live music in a typical national restaurant in the old bohemian quarter of Skadarlija.
DAY 5 Monday
Our morning tour of Belgrade features the imposing Kalemegdan Fortress, dramatically situated at the joining of the Save and Danube rivers, Republic Square, Knez Mihajlova street, Saint Save Temple, the largest Orthodox church in the city, and the Tito Memorial.
DAY 6 Tuesday
BELGRADE NOVI SAD - TIMISOARA (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, we depart for Novi Sad, the capital of the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. Upon arrival, we have a walking tour of all the major attractions of Novi Sad including the Petrovaradin Fortress, Liberty Square, the Cathedral, City Council, Zmaj Jovian and Dunavaska Street. Later on, we continue to Timisoara, the city where the Romanian revolution started in 1989.
DAY 7 Wednesday
TIMISOARA SIBIU (Breakfast, Dinner)
This morning we depart for Sibiu, one of the most important cultural centers of Romania. En route, we will visit the fortress of Hunedoara, the castle of the most pre-eminent king of the medieval era Matia Corvin. The monument has a special appeal due to its different construction styles.
DAY 8 Thursday
SIBIU SIGHISOARA BRASOV (Breakfast, Dinner)
Our tour of Sibiu, once the richest town in Transylvania, features the Huet Square, Large Square, the Evangelical Cathedral, and the Liars Bridge among the others. Later on we travel towards Sighisoara, the best preserved medieval city in south-eastern Europe. Upon arrival, we have a sightseeing tour, including entrance to the famous Clock Tower Museum. Afterwards, we continue our journey to Brasov. On your walking tour of Brasov, we visit the First Romanian School with an impressive collection of rare books.
DAY 9 Friday
BRASOV BUCHAREST (Breakfast, Dinner)
This morning we depart for Bran to visit Bran Castle, whose striking hilltop appearance formed the basis for the myth of Dracula. We also visit Peles Castle, one of the best preserved and most beautiful royal residences in Europe. In the afternoon, we travel to Bucharest. En route we stop to visit the 17th century Sinaia Monastery.
DAY 10 Saturday
BUCHAREST (Breakfast, Dinner)
Get acquainted with the Romanian capital, once nicknamed "Little Paris. During your tour, you will visit Parliament Palace, the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon and the National Treasure. Learn how the Romanian people finally succeeded to topple the last communist dictator in Eastern Europe. You will also see the Romanian Athenaeum, the Opera House, the National Military Club, the Military Academy, Triumphal Arch and the Village Museum. Tonight enjoy a farewell dinner with folklore entertainment.

This morning, you are transferred to the airport for your flight home.
